How to adjust the parameters of the perforating machine and overcome some common minor defects that may occur

During the production process of perforating machines, it is inevitable that some minor problems may occur, which requires us to have a better understanding of perforating machines. Now, let's work with our company to understand how to adjust the parameters of perforating machines and how to overcome some common minor defects that may occur?
1. During adjustment, if the rolling mill has been used for too long, the adjustment data may change. 2. In general, expanding the diameter for perforation is easier to adjust than reducing the diameter, but more difficult to adjust. In terms of adjustment, the same diameter may be different because reducing the diameter for perforation is closer to the guide plate than reducing the diameter for perforation. There are several situations where the external thread of the capillary tube may occur, and the perforation machine should be equipped with the rolling mill. Generally, the external thread of the capillary tube is not the main problem for perforation machines. Because after being processed by a tube rolling machine, the external threads can generally be eliminated. If there is no tube rolling machine equipped after the perforating machine, the requirements for the outer surface of the capillary tube are relatively high. Because cold drawing generally has less extension, severe external thread elimination occurs
There are several situations where the external thread of the capillary tube can occur
The perforating machine should be equipped with a cold-rolled pipe mill. Generally, the outer thread of the perforating machine's capillary tube is not the main problem. Because after being processed by a tube rolling machine, the external threads can generally be eliminated. If there is no tube rolling machine equipped after the perforating machine, the requirements for the outer surface of the capillary tube are relatively high. Because cold drawing generally has less extension, severe external threads cannot be eliminated.
1: The formula of the guide plate varies from factory to factory, and the quality of the guide plate plays a significant role. Poor quality guide plates have more external threads, while good quality ones have fewer external threads. Not all external threads are caused by the guide plate.
2: When adjusting, the amount of compression is too small, the protrusion of the top is too far forward, and the speed of the capillary tube moving forward is too slow.
3: The distance between the guide plate is too small, and the guide plate is subjected to excessive force and wear.
4: If the position of the guide plate is too forward or the distance between the guide plate inlet is too small, the head of the tube blank will hit a nipple with the guide plate, which not only causes the outer screw of the capillary tube, but also in severe cases, the outer screw will curl. 5: The guide plate has been used for too long, resulting in wear and tear on the side of the guide plate, cracks in the middle, and burrs.
6: The adjustment data changes due to the prolonged use of the rolling mill, and the deformation position of the capillary tube is different from that of the rolling mill.
7: If the dimensions of the perforating machine itself deviate from each position (guide plate position, centerline, front and rear of the rolling mill), such as a thick or short top, it is easy for the capillary to produce external threads, while a thin or long top generally does not have external threads. This is because the axial resistance of the top is high when perforating with a thick top
